What are you trying to do?
The Mississippi Resident tax return Form 80-105 is two pages and will be included in the 2020 PDF download if you started the 2020 state tax return using the TurboTax online editions.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions they are only for tax year 2021. The state programs for tax year 2021 have not yet been included in the TurboTax program since most all of the states have not finalized any of their tax forms and schedules for 2021.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for when the 2021 state forms will become available - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/forms/help/state-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-...

You need to contact the Mississippi Department of Revenue using the phone number provided on the notice you received from the state or use this website for a contact - https://www.dor.ms.gov/contact/contact-information
They need to tell you Exactly why they keep returning page two of the form to you and Exactly what they need to see on this form.
If you sent both pages of the Form 80-105 on the original filing and also the second time they requested, there is something going on that only a Department of Revenue agent can tell you.
