Hi,
I can see form OR 10 in my Oregon return, but it doesn't show the Turbo Tax "Under Payment Statement" that is usually attached to the return and the form has multiple places where it says see Statement. I can go to "Open Forms" in "Forms Mode" and open the "Under Payment Statement", but I cannot print it or save it as a PDF? When I try to print it or save as a PDF or try to view it in "Print Preview" it doesn't show, it only shows/prints the OR-10 form, not the "Under Payment Statement".
I don't believe I owe a penalty, but I would like to have a copy of the "Under Payment Statement" for my records. If I print the whole return with "all Calculations + worksheets" it doesn't show the Turbo Tax "Under Payment Statement" either. It shows the Oregon Interest worksheet, that has no entries, and references the "Under Payment Statement"/ "See Stmnt".
Is anyone else having this problem??
If one of the Turbo Tax employees is watching/reading, please advise.
Thanks

I apologize that your call was dropped without a callback. I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
1. Open your return.
2. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”
3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.
4. Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.
I do want to let you know it can take some time for us to investigate this in this forum, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to resolve it but we most certainly want to try and find the issue.
Also, if you want to report your negative experience from your phone support representative, you can call back into support so they can notate this issue happened. @tj-21
If the form does not apply to your return, it will not print with the return.
You can go to the print menu in the desktop program, and select to print just the OR 10 form directly.
If you need additional assistance, please comment and let us know.

Thank you for responding. I understand if it's not needed in the return that I file, it won't print or won't be e-filed. I would like to have a copy, either printed or a PDF for my records. If I print "all calculations/worksheet" options under Print Center, it doesn't show up. In the program, both in forms mode when I open the form (Under "Open forms") and also when I print preview or save as a PDF, it shows the "Underpayment Interest Worksheet", but it doesn't show any payments/dates, it says "see statement" on various lines. So I feel I should be able to save the "Underpayment Statement" for my records that shows the dates and payments. If I was ever questioned by State of Oregon, I should be able to show the "Underpayment Statement" showing the dates and payments.
I can open other forms that are not needed or included in my return in forms mode using "Open Form" and preview it and/or print/save as a PDF. So Why not the Underpayment Statement?
Appreciate your help.
It should be allowing the form to print if you go within the software to print, and print this form specifically.
I would suggest reaching out to us by phone by following the instructions here, so we can view the program as you are trying to print.

I called in to Turbo Tax, because the instructions you show only shows a phone number, there is no place to get a support ID.
This is the 2nd time I've called, I spend a bunch of time with them watching me try to print it without success. The last person I was speaking with the phone called dropped??, so far I've had no call back!!! So, what do we do now?

Carissa,
I followed your instructions, after I got the message for the diagnostic copy scrubbed of my personal information was sent, I received a "token" number. You wrote in your message to me: "Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response." Who or where, when am I using giving the token to??
Also, a box to save a copy of the scrubbed file for myself was checked. Where do I find that file to look at it??
I appreciate all your help and following up with me! Thank you.
Carissa,
I sent a reply to you regarding your message and my follow up. I accidentally hit the "resolved button", not sure if this affects the messages to you??
Please look at my response(modified):
