I followed your instructions, after I got the message for the diagnostic copy scrubbed of my personal information was sent, I received a "token" number.
You wrote in your message to me: "Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response." Who or where, when am I using giving the token to??
Also, a box to save a copy of the scrubbed file for myself was checked. How do I find that file to look at it and what program do I open it with??
