NYS return

I filed on 2/1. When I check my federal it says received and processing. When I check NYS and put in my info it says the information doesn’t match. I know everything is correct. What could the problem be? Did they not get my return at the same time federal did?

NYS return

NY processes after the federal. Once your federal finishes processing, then NY will begin. The majority of the states now wait for the IRS to clear before starting on the return.

NYS return

I went to where is my refund for NY State and they did not show a record of receiving it. Please advise.

I received word on my Federal a few days ago.

Until your state or the IRS processes your return,  you may see there's "no record found." That actually means the return's still being processed. Just check back in a few days.
