NYS IT-182 not generating in preview

I am out of state NY resident and must file form IT - 182

Using TT desktop, in form mode, I see that IT-182 is filled out.

HOWEVER,  When I generate the NY return in Preview Mode, using drop down 'returns for your records', then selecting "recommended forms and worksheets" OR "all forms and worksheets", only the IT-182 worksheets appear.   

Form IT-182 does not.

This behavior is similar if I chose 'selected forms' from the drop down - IT 182 worksheet can be selected, but there is no Form IT 182 to select

NOTE:  Based on TT help desk reply, I had to override some values directly in the form/worksheets because TT does not calculate them properly (see https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/discussion/re-nys-it-182-non-resident-software-error/0...) 

1. is there a way to force IT 182 to be generated with the return?

2. will form IT-182 be filed with my NY return based on this behavior?

I reviewed your token from the previous thread you posted.  The only forms that will be filed are under File---> Print---> All Official forms required for filing. Form IT-182 is not on the list and is currently not set to be filed. Please call customer service for further assistance.

thanks - so TT is not properly working on this point, as NYS requires form  IT-182 to be filed based on my circumstances.

Is this fixed in the 2025 version of TurboTax?

No, this has not changed since last year, it is still unsupported.
