In 2021, I worked remotely in KS for a MO employer. I entered my MO income as Remote Work Income on form MO-NRI Part B Line A. But this entry doesn't seem to have any effect on my MO taxable income. All my MO income is showing up as taxable.

TurboTax will adjust your Form MO-NRI for remote work. When you entered an amount, did the refund box change?
Form MO-NRI Part B Line A Missouri Sources should be $0. You don't say whether you are using TurboTax Online or CD/Download. If you are on CD/Download you can change the number to $0.
Finally, what is the state code (Box 15) on your W-2. If the state is not MO, then it means it wasn't being taxed by MO in the first place.

I'm using TT Premier download version. I think you're right: put 0 in the MO source income, then enter the remote amount in MO-NRI Part B Line A.
Thanks
Not exactly related but I found this amusing. When you select Learn More related to Remote Work you get a 2020 reference instead of 2021:
Remote Work for a Missouri Employer
If you performed remote work for a Missouri employer outside of Missouri during 2020, the portion of income earned while working outside Missouri is not taxable to Missouri. Amounts entered as remote work income will be subtracted from Missouri sourced wages transferred from your federal return.
I am having the same problem with TurboTax Online. Is there a way to fix it?
I went into Form view and went to MO-NRI. At the top of Part B I entered that all the income earned from the MO employer, but earned when working remotely was in that field. Then the table below shows nothing from MO sources.
