My husband and I are stationed in New Mexico. He is enlisted, I'm a military spouse. My home of record is Washington state, hubby's home of record is Texas.
I was self employed this year, sold products out of my house over the internet and made a profit. Do I need to file state taxes in Washington, Texas, or New Mexico? I'm hoping the answer will be one of the first two as those states don't have a state tax. 🙂
I am unsure if I have a MSRRA or signed one, I hope to get that information shortly - unsure if its pertinent to my question.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

You may be able to keep the same resident state as your husband -- Texas, which doesn't have a state income tax.
