I just purchased the Maryland Fiduciary tax forms. It steps through the process to download, but then when I click to start the form, it throws me back in the infinite loop of needing to download the Maryland forms. I tried the TTStatecleanup.zip tool, but that didn't help. Help please!

Since the cleanup tool didn't work for you, you may need to uninstall and re-install TurboTax.
See if the TurboTax Help article State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update... helps with your state download issue.
Thanks ... I've done more research and I *think* the problem is that the Maryland forms aren't actually available yet. Check out the link on this page to check other states too:
I just wish TT would pop up a message that it can't get to the forms yet instead of putting you through and infinite loop of looking like it works. 😕
Thank you for your post. I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, run the cleanup tool and spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with tech support over multiple days. I hope you are right about the cause of the endless loop. Concur that TurboTax should notify users that the software is not available instead of wasting everyone's time (including that of their staff).
Here is the link to see if your forms are available: Business State Forms Availability
Just an update ... we've been watching the State Forms Availability chart for a couple weeks. Every time we check back on the posted availability date for the Maryland forms, they've updated the target date by a few days. It just updated from 3/1 to 3/8. Not holding my breath that they'll be there tomorrow when I check (Posting this on 3/7).
To close this thread .... the Maryland forms DID appear as promised finally, and worked. Hopefully everyone else experiencing the infinite loop of state tax forms was able to complete theirs as well.
