When doing the review to e file an error popped up? It said I had an error of a missing EIN or SSN for the dependent care credit and was not eligible to e file. However, I did not claim this credit and it never offered me an option to correct it. I have been through everything multiple times now and can't find it anywhere. What can I do so I can e file this return?

I am trying to process my Ky taxes and it states that i need EIN or SSN of dependent care

I do not have dependent care. It will not allow me to efile

I've been researching to find out if any other tax software is having this problem but can't find anything except the problem turbotax is having. I'm giving Turbotax until 2/7/22 to resolve the issue as I noticed that KY Dept of Revenue will begin processing returns on that date to see if that is what is causing the error. Turbo Tax customer service told me to try again in a couple of weeks or mail the return in (KY will take 3 months to process), this is unacceptable. I am reading good reviews about TaxSlayer and will try them out if not fixed by TurboTax by 2/7/22/

Any news on this fix yet? Wanting to file my taxes but if this issue is not going to be resolved soon I will use another service.
