Kentucky State Tax Error

When doing the review to e file an error popped up? It said I had an error of a missing EIN or SSN for the dependent care credit and was not eligible to e file. However, I did not claim this credit and it never offered me an option to correct it. I have been through everything multiple times now and can't find it anywhere. What can I do so I can e file this return?

I am also having this issue. I don't have dependent care and have never had an issue e-filing my KY tax return in previous years.

Hold up I'm in PA and I'm having the same issue I dont want to apply for the dependent care according to the irs you cant do both ? Help me out here so I can get these finished thank you

Same problem here, ridiculous! It makes you not want to use this product because what else is wrong we don't notice?

I'm thrilled to get confirmation from a Turbo Tax representative that there is a glitch in the Turbo Tax system that prevents me from e-filing my Kentucky State Return. Now I look forward to Turbo Tax admitting that the cost of full service preparation should be refunded to any user met with this frustrating dilemma. It wasn't cheap, but only worth it if it works.

Meanwhile I'll wait for updates from Turbo Tax.
