Is anyone else having trouble printing Kentucky Form 740-PTET in Turbotax for Business?

I was never able to get the Kentucky Form 740-PTET to print last year (2023).  And no luck again this year (2024).  I am using TurboTax Business Desktop.  I reported this issue last year and again this year.  The Turbotax reps on the 800 number have limited experience with the Business product and apparently have no process to report problems with the software.

Does anyone know how to reach TurboTax for programs issues?  Calling the Help line is for issues like this one (Form 740-PTET not printing) is a waste a time.

• Starting in March 2023, pass-through entities can elect to pay it's tax liabilities on behalf of it's individual partners, members, or shareholders for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2022. This was retroactive for tax year 2022 returns.
• For taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2023, an authorized person must file Form 740-PTET to make the election.
• For additional information, see the department's FAQ's.

In FORMS mode, under Open Form, type 'PT' and TurboTax should create the form.

I have no trouble printing the KY Form PTET-CR. It's Form 740-PTET that will not print.  TurboTax program calculates and populates the Form 740-PTET but when I attempt to print, I get the following error message:

" Your tax return (Kentucky Partnership) cannot be converted to PDF format.  The tax return is incomplete.  Before we can create a PDF file, you must provide enough data for TurboTax to create a tax return with at least one form."

You can select to print only Form 740-PTET but the program doesn't put the return in the list of returns to be printed.  The form is also not included in Kentucky package when you print the return at the end.  The Form PTET-CR(s) are included but the program omits the Form 740-PTET.  I'm required to fill out the form manually from KY Revenue site. 

I have TurbtoTax set to update automatically, and I've reviewed this problem with TurboTax Support (last year and this year and they are clueless) as to why the program won't create the form for printing.

If someone had a telephone number for program support or an email possibly, I could inform TurboTax programmers of the error but TurboTax Support (at least the reps I've spoken to) have no means to pass the issue on to the programmers.
