Indiana state return won't transmit

Has there been a successful resolution to this?  My federal return is accepted.  I have checked for updates.  I filed my kids federal and state returns without issue so I am not sure why mine won't submit.

I am in the same boat.  My kids returns filed without issue.  I have a K-1 but nothing more complicated.  It won't submit.

At this point in time of the season, if you cannot get it to e-file, your best options are to either mail in the return or file an extension.  Because of the high number of filers at this stage of the season, programmers are not addressing these experiences.  Please call in this experience to our phone customer support service by using the instructions in the following link: How do I contact TurboTax? if you wish additional assistance with this.

Is this problem limited to the Desktop Version?

 

I am having the same issue.  Currently at 1 hour on phone with support.

Well, I'm in the same boat as everyone else, Federal return accepted, Indiana return won't go.  I got excited when I opened up TT today, as there was a program update, but alas - no change.  Filing by mail today.

Ditto here. On top of that I had to file an amended return federally and due to a missing form, that actually exists on the printed version, could not electronically file it. Definitely finding another software solution for next year. This has been ridiculous. And I have used TT for years!

Once again your support is inadequate - translation - IT SUCKS! You have sent me to a location to get a refund for the product. I want a refund for the $25 that I paid to efile my Indiana return. It simply does not transmit and this is a Turbotax software error. I do not receive a message of any kind. I simply wait a few seconds and the screen looks just the same. There are countless people on this thread with the same issue. I am now sent to a call center to get my $25 back and it is a ridiculous wait time. I see on this thread class action being discussed. I am so IN. I suggest you reach me and REFUND my money.

Keep trying but the wait times are horrific. It should be much easier than this given it is your software that has the error. The only way to get it is waiting a ridiculous amount of time on the phone, and I am seeing others STILL not getting their money back.  Lost customer for certain.

I used these instructions to request a refund of the $25 filing fee.  

f you want to request a refund for your $25 state e-file fee withOUT having to call in, here's how to do it:

You'll need the order number and associated email for your state e-file. Search your emails for "TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN TAX YEAR 2021 E-FILE" and copy your Order Number for the next step. Go to:

Under the "Intuit refund request" blue header, click "Intuit" (because you paid Intuit directly for the e-file)
Fill in the order number, your email associated with that order number, and click "Find my order details"
You'll probably need to scroll down, but THERE IS NO scrollbar, so use TAB or your DOWN ARROW KEY to scroll down. Use SHIFT-TAB or your UP ARROW KEY to scroll up.
1. Select the item(s) to be refunded (in case you paid for more than 1 state)
2. Under What is the reason for refund?, I chose "Other Reason not listed"
3. Under Provide more detail (optional), I added "State e-file will NOT transmit and there has been no fix after weeks."
4. Enter your first name
5. Enter your last name
6. Enter your phone
7. Click submit
8. Save the "Refund request case number" to your computer.

 

Given that the earliest post on this was mid-February, it seems as if TT is moving very slow in addressing this, so I see no option but to file on paper, and will send it via USPS certified mail.

And it worked? I located the order numbers and they were found but not able to select them for refund - hence the remaining steps could not be done.

Worked for me.  I used it a couple of weeks ago when my Indiana return would not transmit.  Got my refund about 5 days later.
