I have been trying for 3 weeks to file my MA state return using Delux.  However I still cannot efile, get messages that it needs to be updated.   Spoke with 6 customer support people that have not been able to fix the problem and are baffled.  I am now 3 tax returns behind schedule for my family.  Can not seem to get a live person today to talk too.  Have been a very l;ong time customer, after today I will tell everyone not to use any of intuit products because of poor customer services.  I also hav e paid 3 times to efile my state and not money returned, except 1.  Still need 2 more credits if a live person ever gets on the phone.  The telephone connect keeps tell me I have to repay for an upgrade to talk to a libve person.  At this point I have spent $50 for the softrware and 26.55 and 21.99.  I will nolonger pay intuit any more until they start to refund me or contact me with a fixzed software.  I have other friend that are not have this problem.
