Georgia State Filing

When I printed my Georgia State filing paperwork, it also printed my Federal 1040 forms, do I file those with my Georgia State paperwork?

If you are Not e-filing the Georgia state tax return, Form 500, but printing the state tax return for mailing, then a copy of the IRS Federal Tax Return Form 1040 is included with the state tax return.
