My high deductible health payment is taken out of my Net pay. It shows as other deductions. Different but that is how it is done. Can I claim the payments on Georgia Schedule 1 other subtractions line 19?
I did not itemize my federal, out of pocket is $7000 on the insurance. This is not pre tax.

Are you saying that instead of being coded with a DD in box 12 on your W-2, your health insurance premiums are found in box 14?
Yes, that is the purpose of the Georgia subtraction, to allow you to deduct health insurance premiums paid for with after-tax dollars.
My tax deductions do not show on the W2 at all. They show on my paycheck stub every week and a total year to date. They are listed as DEDUCTIONS AFTER NET PAY.
Since this amount has not been included in your federal adjusted income, you can claim these after-tax insurance premiums. Please view the Georgia revenue page to view the instructions for schedule 1 for more information.
So if I have a DD and an amount on line 12a and the same amount number on line 14 that says medical prtx do I claim this anywhere and how do I do that
No.
When you enter the W2, TurboTax reads the codes and puts the numbers where they belong.
In your case, DD stands for the total that was paid for your health coverage.
Box 14 is reporting what you contributed to a medical plan, but it was "Pre-Tax" so it was already excluded from your income.
