E-filing State For Business Returns

Why can't Turbo Tax e-file state returns for an S-Corp? I pay $55 to add the state, but you can't e-file. The state of Indiana does not accept paper copies. By the time I find a CPA firm to e-file the state, I could of just paid them to do the whole return.

Unfortunately, e-file for Indiana S corporation returns is not supported by TurboTax Business. However, according to the instructions, Indiana "strongly encourages" e-filing, but does not mandate it.

I am getting this same message for my Nebraska return. Nebraska accepts efiling and encourages it. Why did I pay $55 only to find out I can't even file the return? Is TT fixing this issue?

No. The Nebraska business returns are print only.

How do we get a refund since it does not work this year. I have filed for Nebraska in the past using this service and there was no information saying this is not supported this year.

Sorry, but I'm not aware of any type of support offered in those circumstances. 

If you have someone who could call, that would be an option.

So you're both predatory in pricing and discriminatory. Lovely. The last time I use Turbo Tax will be today!

Another option:

You can try this online refund request interface to see if they will refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

Another option that doesn't require phone is to directly contact a TurboTax Support agent via private messaging if you have Twitter or Facebook.

Thank you mesquitebean! Your link to that online refund process allowed me to submit a ticket. Every time I tried to search with the word "refund" in it all I got were responses about tax refunds. The search here doesn't work all that great!
