e-filing CA 2019 tar return

I finished my return and paid intuit 19.99 to efile my ca state tax return and I keep getting a message telling me that I need to file my turbo federal and state return together.  I efiled my federal retun 2/13/20 and I paid 19.99 to efile the Ca state return and the same message keep blocking me from efiling the state.

Has your federal been accepted?  Try updating your program and updating your efile status by going to 

File - Electronic Filing - Check Electronic Filing Status

Then save your return

Close your return then open and try CA again.
