Cannot enter Arizona wages as non-resident

I'm trying to file a non-resident AZ tax return on the turbotax website. When I get to the Arizona Income section I can enter the AZ portion of the federal amount for:

- Interest Income

- Dividend Income
- Gains or Losses

But I can't add an amount for Wages!

I've had no problem with other states where I'm filing non-resident. I've been through the form about 5 times now. There are a couple of other posts on this:

I've been on hold for an hour with turbotax after asking the question, and they just hung up :(

Anyone has an idea? Thanks!

TurboTax pulls Arizona wages from the state section of your W-2.

If you are a nonresident working in Arizona, there should be an amount on your W-2 with AZ in Box 15 and amounts in one or more of Boxes 16-20.

You can add a dummy line on your W-2. Tap + Add another state. Use the same Employer’s State ID number as your other state. Don’t enter any state income tax (Box 17).

@ErnieS0

Thanks maybe that's the issue. I was a resident of WA for the entire year. During the pandemic I worked remotely from a few other states without changing residency. They don't show up on my W2.
