California Refund Still Pending - Received Status = Unknown

Wow, so now I have to wait for mine to be rejected and then submit again???  What a mess !

I've prayed over it and have am leaving this up to the Lord.  He healed me of cancer, so surely He can take care of our California returns !!!  So have a restful night everyone !  Blessings....

Yes, I already saw that.  It's that there are many, many Californians that are in the same situation, PENDING for a long time.  But thank you for trying to help !  It's in God's hands now....

I called today and they said they are processing returns already.

as a matter of fact my business califorina return was accepted.

The woman that I talked to suggested to wait couple of days and send them  my tax return duplicate by mail.

Anybody has any other information?

How did your brother in-law get the fix to happen? Would you please let us know. Do we have to call and complain to get it looked into? Do we call turbotax? 

It seems really odd that turbotax bot just keeps telling everyone not to worry - because 'no returns are being pulled from their servers' when that could mean that turbotax's servers are broken or their failing to allow the state to access to pull the returns.

People's lives depend on this.

He got a text and email from CA that stated his return was rejected.  TurboTax sent an email immediately afterwards advising him to log back into TurboTax to correct the issue.  When he logged back in it said to resend and that the issue had been fixed by a software update on TurboTax’s end.  Once resent, CA accepted it within hours.  

not sure if that is the same issue we are having.  We’ll most likely find out in the next few days if our returns are rejected.

Here's my update:  As I was making a comment here, I got a text from my bank that my Federal refund was deposited today.  So the Feds have their act together !!  But I'm STILL waiting for California to "Accept" my return!!!  A QUESTION FOR TURBOTAX  -- Can't you do something to get California to download the state returns  of us Californians that are continuing in "Pending" status for many days now ???

I had the same issue with one set of taxes filed through the website. State rejected due to some error. Logged back on and refiled them. Received a text they were accepted just shortly after. 

I've filed my personal taxes through the program I purchased and they have not been accepted. State site shows no record of them.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Filed on Feb 1st, Federal was accepted on the 12th, CA is still marked as "pending".

I can tell you this:  I filed weeks ago and my CA is still pending.  However, I filed my daughter's taxes a few days after mine and hers has been accepted.  So if they are pulling the files, they have already started.

I filed both the fed and California taxes for both my mother and I. I filed them about 2 hours apart.  My mothers California return was accepted the very next morning.  Mine is still pending a week later. Both Federal returns were accepted immediately.  So California is accepting returns. No explanation as to why mine  and apparently many others are still pending. I filed them both on February 11.  Only difference in the returns is that mine has itemized deductions and hers is the short form.  Can Intuit investigate and explain????

Same boat, Fed accepted, Cali still spending in turbotax software. I checked right now on state website and it does not even have records of it being received. https://webapp.ftb.ca.gov/Refund/Result Turbotax you need to get further involved as it is clear there are others who are having their returns accepted while some of us are still waiting. What a cluster F.

Same with me. FTB website has no record of me having filed.
