While filling out AZ Form 323, the stated credit limit for 2023 is $654. That is incorrect. The actual limit is $655. This is causing an error on the form in the Original Credit Amount field for 2023. Please fix!!!

Any help on this? I cannot file until this is straightened out.

I have sent a sanitized file for an agent. The token number is 166834367-92663529. Again the problem is in Part 2 - Available Credit Carryover of Arizona's Form 323 - Credit for Contributions for Private School Tuition Organizations. The amount specified in the line below the section title which says "In column b below, do not enter more than the 2023 credit limit of $654. This is incorrect. The amount for 2023 was $655. TurboTax is registering an error in this case which will prevent me from filing my return. Please fix so I can submit my return. BTW this is TurboTax 2024 Desktop/Download.
Thanks,
JohnD
The first part of the token number is being removed. How can I get a resolution to this issue????
JohnD
I'll see if I can attract a TurboTax expert who can access your token number above and further help you with this issue. It no longer appears to be redacted.
@BillM223 or @ThomasM125 When one of you are next in the forum, are one of you able to help this user @johnpd who has left a token number above concerning his problem with AZ Form 323. Thanks!
I see the user also has another thread at:
Thank you mesquitebean. I will await their response.

@johnpd Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have submitted for investigation.
I have the same error code .... very frustrating.
I don't know where they got the $654 limit. Fortunately it should be a simple fix. I have been sitting on filing for a week. I hope they fix it soon. I have some nice refunds waiting.
JohnD
@MaryK4 Another week has gone by and still no fix. How long do I have to wait. Can I file the state with an error like this?
JohnD
I decided to call TurboTax Support to see what was happening with this issue. I allowed the support person to access my return and see the problem. She investigated the status of the fix to this issue. She found it was still open and may not be fixed until the end of the month. This is unacceptable. It would be two months for TurboTax to fix a simple problem. My only recourse at this point is to mail the return to the state so I get it in before the filing deadline.
JohnD
The experience you described has been reported and is currently being addressed by the development team. @fgorman1231 @johnpd
Thank you for your reply. How long do I have to wait? The filing deadline is fast approaching. I am expecting a nice refund which I could have had a month ago. Is there any ETA on getting this fixed?
JohnD
I was on the phone for 3.5 hours with TurboTax today trying to get a resolution to this problem. Going through two support people, one supervisor who could not hear me, and finally another supervisor. Trying to impress upon them that the problem is in their software and not in what I entered was difficult. They wanted to send me to an "tax expert" which would cost money. No "tax expert" would fix this issue. After going round and round, the only answer I finally got is that they are aware of the issue and have it scheduled to be fixed by the end of the month. That does not leave me with much wiggle room as the filing deadline closes in. I am very disgusted with TurboTax at this point.

This issue should be resolved in the next couple of days. Please see this TurboTax Help article for more information and be sure to sign up for updates: Why is my AZ Form 323 showing the incorrect dollar amount for the Original Credit Limit for the 2023...
