Product information - State tax

I can't tell from your website which products include state tax returns.

All the TurboTax products can include a state tax return. 

Using any of the online editions the state tax program is an additional charge, currently $40 (except the Free edition where the state program is free) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Using any of the desktop CD/Download editions one state program download is included in the purchase price (except the Basic edition) - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

All the Online versions can do a state return.  In Deluxe and above the state is $40.

In the Desktop CD/Download programs only Deluxe and above come with state which is free to prepare.  Basic does not come with a state program but you can buy a state program.  So if you need a state you should buy Deluxe or higher.

if you buy Deluxe in the stores or somewhere else it comes 2 ways.  Deluxe with a state and Deluxe without a state.  So check what you are buying.
