PA State Tax Returns letter with a balance to owe but when eFiled through turbobax -it showed a refund

Hi ,

I filed my federal and state tax returns for 2022 via TurboTax (filed jointly with my spouse). I received my expected federal returns and received a letter from Pennsylvania department of Revenue asking for a balance that I owe for PA state tax. Per TurboTax filing I should get a refund of about $600.00 .  I have 2 W2's for 2022(reason for 2 W2: changed employer , no change in employment state) and my spouse has 1 W2.

All together Tax Withheld (From W2's/1099s) = $5K but the letter from Pennsylvania dept of revenue has adjusted Value of $3400 which is clearly a mistake as this is a sum of only 2 W2's (total 3 W2's as we are filing jointly).  So now I have a letter asking for a payment that according to them I owe of about 1K (after adjustment ).

Question : how I can get this solved  ? I do not know a way to communicate this information to PA Dept of Revenue. Can someone please help? I see this message when try to get info on state website :  If you disagree with an assessment, you may file an appeal with the Board of Appeals. Information about filing an appeal can be found at boardofappeals.state.pa.us.

They must not have got a copy of the missing W2 from the employer.   Send them a copy of all W2s showing the withholding in box 17 and any 1099 showing state withholding.
