Yes, you can enter W-2 as the Form type. For statement information, you can just enter the federal EIN and Boxes 15-17 of the Maryland W-2.
That being said, are you sure you even have to file a PA state return? Did your PA job withhold PA state taxes or Maryland taxes? Maryland and Pennsylvania are reciprocal states, which means if you lived in Maryland and worked in Pennsylvania, your Pennsylvania employer should have withheld Maryland taxes and no Pennsylvania tax return would be necessary. Going to school in PA is considered a temporary absence and does not change the fact that you are a Maryland resident.
If you are filing a Pennsylvania return, it is solely to get a refund of any taxes withheld by Pennsylvania. The income from that W-2 should be added to your Maryland return and PA should provide a complete refund of all state taxes withheld.

Thanks for your help!
I am not sure if I was required to submit both, but I probably was not. If there was a form that I was supposed to fill out with my PA employer, then I did not know about it. I'm not sure that I can fix this for this year, so I will try to get this straighten out for next year's tax return. Thanks again!
Maryland and Pennsylvania have reciprocity so your Pennsylvania employer should not have withheld PA tax in the first place.
You can file a REV-419 to keep your PA employer from collecting PA tax. You may or may not be able to get them to collect MD tax. Just ask. You change withholding at any time.
