On my non-resident PA tax return, how do I write the Additional Statement Information? I am a MD resident and worked over the summer but I have a job in college in PA.

I ask because on the "Any special Pennsylvania W-2 situations?" page, it had checked that I earned income from another state, which I did, but that is not indicated at all on my PA W-2. However, the next page says that I need to explain this circumstance and enter a Form to which my statement relates and then information without further guidance, so I am unsure of what to enter. Do I simply type in information for my MD W-2?

I'll also say that I did not work these jobs at the same time, as I worked in PA during the school year but worked in MD during the summer.
