No 540 ES estimate payment for California this year?

Hello i cant seem to find  my state California 540 estimate payment for 2023 on my tax return, I do have to pay estimate payment to federal for 2023, For 2022 tax return I was able to get a refund because I overly pay the estimate payment for last year, is this normal not to get a state estimate payment? See if my old notes help.

If you have already been though the state return section, then to prepare the state estimates (I finally found it for California) by clicking on the State Taxes tab.  Then click Edit by your state.  It will say to wrap up and Continue.  Then on the next screen you will get 3 choices:

I'm Done, let's go to review

I've made federal changes let's go over California one more time.  I'd like to view or update a specific area of my California Return.

Pick the last one and then on the next screen scroll down to Other Forms - File Estimates

To prepare state estimates you have to go though the state tax tab and towards the very end of the state interview it will ask if you want to prepare estimates.

Yes. You can go back into your tax return and prepare estimates. You don't say whether you are using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online.

Here’s where to go:

1. Go to “A few things before we wrap up your state taxes” in the California section
2. Revisit Estimated Taxes for Next Year
3. On “Do You Want to Pay California Estimated Taxes for 2023?” say YES
4. Fill in your expected income amounts
5. Choose your “2023 Filing Status”
6. Choose “Your Payment Option”
7. Go to Print Center to print out your vouchers.

I have already filed the return and has been accepted and got my refund, so i dont know how to get to that or if that is even possible,  i am using turbo tax online

Log in and click on Add a State to let you back into your return.  You aren't really adding a state that's just a way to get back in.
