My California 540 line 17 is zero. Meaning I had zero income which is completely wrong. I missed out on both California stimulus, turbotax owes me money from this mistak

2020 return. Federal is correct, while importing over to state it some how screwed up and shows I had zero income (line 17). Since this happened Im not eligible for any California stimulus. I called and they admitted it was the systems fault but won't reimburse me what soever. There is another stimulus out that apparently is going off the 2020 taxes again and I need turbotax to make this right so I get it.
