You are preparing a tax return for 2019.  You will need to use your current mailing address on your tax return but there is nothing for you to file for PA since you did not live (or work?) there in 2019,  You will complete a federal Form 1040 and a MD tax return.

Going forward--You will file a non-resident MD return for 2020 next year and a resident return for PA.

Since you lived in Maryland for all of 2019 then you will only file a 2019 Maryland resident state income tax return.  For the 2020 state tax return to be filed in 2021 you will file a resident Pennsylvania state income tax return if you will be a PA resident for all of 2020.

Should I stop Md state taxes from coming out?

Yes.  You need to inform your employer that you are not a resident of Maryland and only have PA state taxes withheld.

Give you employer a completed Form MW507 since PA and MD have a reciprocity agreement - https://www.marylandtaxes.gov/forms/08_forms/mw507.pdf

See this TurboTax support FAQ for reciprocal agreements - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/which-states-have-reciprocal-agreements/01/25576
