I have tried three times to file my MN return and it is rejected each time. No error/rejection code noted and nothing to fix when I reopen Turbo. Called TurboTax with the result of no help!!!

Look for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to fix it.
If you did not receive an email then sign in to TurboTax, select Fix my return, and you will see your reject code and explanation. Please see below for information on how to fix and refile your return.
Also, it's possible the form is not available. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on State forms availability for personal use.

I am having this same issue. I do receive the e-mail that the return is rejected, but there is no reason given. When I log back in to Turbo Tax it shows I have a message but there is nothing in it. I click on fix my return and all it does is double check the return and then goes though to e-file it again. I have done this at least 6 times now with no different result. Any help would be appreciated.
Turbo tax is working on it and they told me there would be a fix on March 2. They are supposed to call me as well. So I would put it aside for a week.
Thanks for the update, i will wait and try again after March 2nd.
Thanks for the info!
I have same issue. I am filing in multiple states and TurboTax for Kansas return says wait for the update while for Minnesota I get a blank reason (e.g., the Heisman).
Interesting, mine is Indiana and Minnesota. Indiana message said to come back after March 10 for the update. MN was blank. I wonder if the multiple states, problem with the other, is causing a glitch for the Minnesota filing.
I, too, am having the exact same issue. MN state return rejected twice. Federal filing was accepted. In both instances "What happened" on the email form I received was totally blank. No reason provided to me. Calling the 800# at Intuit was useless. They directed me to MN Revenue. From the posts shown here, it doesn't appear to be a MN Revenue issue. There was nothing available to me in the form when I went back in to try and understand what needed correcting either. Like others, I'll try after 3/2/2023. I don't see much other option.
Ran/installed update 3/2/23. Re-filed. Same result; MN filing rejected, no error code provided.
E-filed my MN return again late yesterday afternoon and it got accepted.
Following up: I updated the TurboTax software yesterday and refiled Minnesota without making any changes and it was accepted.
Seeing that it is working for some and not others is really frustrating. I updated the program and submitted yesterday-rejected. I just did it again and I will see if it is rejected. If so, I will contact Turbo and see what they plan to do about this. Either way, I will post again.
update: I re-filed again this morning 3/3/23. The software update was completed yesterday, but apparently when I filed yesterday MN and turbo tax hadn't yet synchronized systems so it rejected that filing. My re-filing this morning was accepted without any additional changes on my part.
Glad to see your issue was resolved. Updating the software should resolve the MN state issue.
I, too, had my MN return accepted! Looks like the latest update finally fixed the issue.😁
