Missouri - what 1099's must be included?

The instructions say just to include your 1099's which I assume means 1099-Misc but there are other types like 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and 1099-G. Do copies of these have to be included with my Missouri return when I mail it in?

You need to include any form that has Federal or State withholding.
