Missing information on State Tax Return Form

When I print the (NY) State Tax Return form my spouse's name and DOB doesn't show.

It does say her SSN.

Is this gonna be an issue for filing?

I don't know how to fix this.

The information are on the federal return so it's probably a transfer problem in the software?!

You can try to delete the state return and then re-enter it. If the information still doesn't appear on the printed form, please go ahead and try to file anyway. To delete your state return, please follow the instructions in the following link: Delete your state return
