MD Form 505: Nonresident return does not fill line "45."

I opened this topic last year.  The steps given to resolve the issue do not appear to work this year.

I tried entering S in box 12 and filling the amount.  This brings up another page which I'm not sure how to fill out so I left it blank.

I then check line 45 in Form 505 and the amount is not in there.

Return to the spot in your return where you entered S in Box 12.

On the next page, identify how much state income tax was withheld and tell TurboTax it was for Maryland. These answers would be in the top third of the boxes on that screen.

When done, click Continue.
