Living abroad and paying California State tax.

Hi there!

I live in Germany for 4 years now and make living there. All I have is California DL. This year Turbo Tax said I do not need to file California state tax! Is that correct?

I did file the State Tax last year with TurboTax. My question is: Is turbo tax correct about not paying California State Tax for last year?

Thank you, Lenka
