I am trying to add additional estimated tax payments I made for my Hawaii tax return, but I am unable to manually add them. I see that it should be added to Line 38 on the N-11 form. I've tried stepping through all parts of the software, but I am unable to find the section that is similar to the Federal Estimated Taxes Section. Am I missing something here guys?

You add them under the Federal side because they can be a federal itemized deduction.
To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to
Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)
Deductions and Credits at top
Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Estimated Taxes - click the start button
THEN after you finish filling out the estimates under Federal you need to click on the State Tab at the top and start the state return over for it to update.
You have to pick the right state from the drop down box and enter the right payment dates.
Yo say you made "additional" state tax payments.
In TurboTax (TT), enter at:
Federal Taxes Tab (Personal for H&B version)
Deductions & Credits
-Scroll down to:
--Estimates & other taxes paid
-Estimates
On the next screen, scroll down to
-State estimated taxes
On the next screen click yes and continue
On the next screen, enter your four regular quarterly payments and click "enter more payments".
On the next screen you'll be able to enter the additional HI payments.
