Same problem here. Tried redoing the KY return multiple times, still says I'm missing a dependent SSN/EIN, and I don't have any dependents.

I got the same message today so it isn’t fixed yet. Sure would like an update on their error.
Still getting this error when trying to file my taxes. (Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic filing). When will this error be fixed so I can file my taxes electronically.

I am having this exact same issues! Been trying to file my taxes since last week! I have enter everything in like I do every year. This doesn’t make any sense. I have always used turbo tax but I will tell you I don’t like this! I was on the phone 2 hours yesterday with one of their representative. She had no idea what’s going on. I feel like they should be trained better and know where there’s a glitch in the system!!!
So I went ahead and commented on every facebook post on Turbo Tax page with a polite request to fix the KY State Return problem regarding dependent care SSN/EIN, etc. If everyone reading this does the same surely someone will look into the issue and get it taken care of? Help us all out!
I have the exact same issue (looks like 100's have the exact issue - with more to come).
I wonder why Turbotax has not jumped into the communication of this huge issue they are having.
Why don't they have a status update available on their web site ? They should be leading the conversation on this issue (just my opinion).
I am waiting for a response back from Tax Slayer to see if they are having the same issue. If not, I'll file there at a much lower cost. I'm also waiting for a response from Congressman Massie. I am also going to reach out to state reps.
I am having the same issue. I am seeing if I have any friends that use a different program and are having the same issue. If they are not having the issue, I may switch to the different program - do not want to because I have been using Turbotax for as long as I can remember.
When I go to the link, it says resolved. However, it is not!
