Kentucky State Tax Error

i also had this error on Saturday 2/5/22, spoke to a live TurboTax helper on the phone and she advised me to sign up for the alerts on this link https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/kentucky-e-file-showing-not-eligible-for-electronic-filing/00/2443350

I haven't received any updates since Saturday

Still getting this error when trying to file my taxes. (Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for electronic filing).  When will this error be fixed so I can file my taxes electronically.

I am having this exact same issues! Been trying to file my taxes since last week! I have enter everything in like I do every year. This doesn’t make any sense. I have always used turbo tax but I will tell you I don’t like this! I was on the phone 2 hours yesterday with one of their representative. She had no idea what’s going on. I feel like they should be trained better and know where there’s a glitch in the system!!! 

• I was wondering if turbo tax can give us a bonus for their error and give us all a discount on paying for our state return because I paid for it and still have to mail it in

So I went ahead and commented on every facebook post on Turbo Tax page with a polite request to fix the KY State Return problem regarding dependent care SSN/EIN, etc. If everyone reading this does the same surely someone will look into the issue and get it taken care of?  Help us all out! 

I have the exact same issue (looks like 100's have the exact issue - with more to come).

I wonder why Turbotax has not jumped into the communication of this huge issue they are having.

Why don't they have a status update available on their web site ?  They should be leading the conversation on this issue (just my opinion).

When I go to the link, it says resolved.  However, it is not!
