Go back to where you entered it like on a W2 or 1099R. Check the amount and that you picked the right state. You may have to delete the W2 or 1099R etc, and enter it again Manually. That usually clears it out.

Yes we do investigations and the software development team corrects problems. However, I have looked through all investigations and see nobody else has mentioned the issue. You could be the first or you could have a corrupted cache holding the wrong information. Follow these steps:

If it is still incorrect, delete AL return and the forms and try again.
If this doesn't work, you can come back here or contact support. so they can actually see the issue.
