Inputed a 1099-R from california but its telling me i owe an oregon tax on it. I was not an oregon resident at that time.

I am a resident of Oregon now but not the time of taking out my 401k plan. What going on here?

If you moved to OR in 2016 then in your part-year TT/OR and TT/CA returns, you need to properly allocate your income between OR & CA. It sounds like you haven't told TT/OR that the OR-source portion of the 1099-R is 0.

I have been trying all night to refile my taxes and it keeps telling me when I try to send it. there's a problem with the internet connection? and my internet is fine,
