IL Tax forms - Sign both forms?

I completed by taxes - YEAH!. I printed off the forms from Turbo Tax to fill for IL. The forms printed are the 1040 and 1040 SR. Do I need to sign both where it says to sign? The numbers looked the same in both 1040s. Thanks
