The money you earned for working in Maine is Maine income. You have to file a Maine nonresident tax return and pay Maine tax on the money that you earned there. (Your employer should have withheld Maine tax.)

You also have to file a Louisiana resident tax return. As a Louisiana resident, all of your income is subject to Louisiana tax, no matter where the income is from. Prepare your Maine nonresident return before your Louisiana resident return. You will get a credit on your Louisiana return for the tax that you pay to Maine.

You do not have to file in Florida. It doesn't matter where the company that pays you is located. What matters is where you worked. (Florida does not have a personal income tax, so you would not have to file in Florida in any case. But if the company were located in a state that did have income tax, you still wouldn't have to file there if you neither lived nor worked there.)
