TurboTax miscalculated Ohio School District taxes in 2015 and 2016 regarding "earned income only" school districts. This cost me $2,668. How will you help me get refund?

It sounds like you need to file an amended SD100, for each year. The form is pretty simple. you might try on your own.

I was able to file amended returns asking for the refund pretty quickly via the Ohio web forms. Simple. I always purchase and download the Home & Business package and have never used the TurboTax free service.  I was disappointed that there wasn't something clearly stated by TurboTax informing users of the error in the way the 2015 and 2016 packages handled this particular situation.
