I live in Washington State and work in Oregon; however I work remotely from home in Washington 2days a week. Are there any adjustments I can make to my state return?

I appreciate the info and source link!

I wonder if I can bug you with another question.

If one's employer refuses to NOT withhold OR taxes.. Can you still get that money back at the end of the year?

Yes, you can obtain a refund of incorrectly withheld taxes.  Doing so would require filing a non- resident OR return on which you allocate zero income to OR.

I own a Washington business that does both physical and remote work with clients in Oregon.  Does my business need to pay Oregon income tax on the remote work?

It depends on what your product or service is.

Oregon says if the work will generally be taxable if the receipts from a sale are in Oregon and to the extent that the service is delivered in Oregon.

@TomD8

Do you happen to know if this is something that can be filed via TurboTax come tax season?

I am unable to find the screen "Oregon Source Income and Adjustments".   I am using TurboTax Deluxe online version. I need to make an adjustment for days I performed work in Washington State for which I was taxed by my Oregon employer.

First, make sure that you are filing a non-resident return for Oregon.  If you are filing a resident return, the screen will not be accessible because it would not apply.

As you go through the Oregon return, there is a section that pertains to income and adjustments.  It is titled, 'Here's the income that Oregon handles differently'.  After you click Done at the bottom of that screen, the next screen will be 'Oregon Source Income and Adjustments'.
