First, make sure that you are filing a non-resident return for Oregon. If you are filing a resident return, the screen will not be accessible because it would not apply.
As you go through the Oregon return, there is a section that pertains to income and adjustments. It is titled, 'Here's the income that Oregon handles differently'. After you click Done at the bottom of that screen, the next screen will be 'Oregon Source Income and Adjustments'.
