I am stationed in Italy. My residency back in the states is Indiana. However I have not physically lived there in 5 years. What do I put for residency? full-year,part..?

If you are active military and your SLR or HOR is Indiana then that is the state you indicate for your state of residence. You would also indicate that you did not Not live in any other states and if your military pay is your only income indicate that you did Not earn money in any other states.
