I accidentally downloaded the PA Corporate Tax Return instead of the PA S Corporate Return. I saw the posting about removing the state tax, but that only removes the return that you've started (any forms with entries) - it doesn't remove the return (license) that you've paid for. I need to swap the return license over instead of paying for an additional state. I called Intuit and got a robot who refused to transfer me to a customer support representative. There is no chat, no email, no support for this issue. Can someone please assist?

The support page says to call Turbo Tax. I did. the automated system couldn't "understand" my issue, and it wouldn't let me through to a person. I called back and stated that I was calling about licenses, and it put me in the queue. I've been on hold with an agent for 34 minutes SO FAR. She has no solution, and she is "checking" to see if it is "okay" to give me a refund so that I can simply download the correct state.
We are unable to handle any refund or switching out the license code here in this public forum. The only option would be to speak with a phone support staff by phone. I hope the agent you spoke with was able to get you taken care of.
