How do I file a Georgia State Tax Return only?

There are no stand-alone TurboTax state programs. You must complete the federal tax return so the amounts flow to the state tax return and then complete and file the state tax return.

If the federal return is not e-filed using TurboTax then the state tax return can only be printed and mailed.
