Housing stipend state of Georgia

Worked in Georgia and received a housing stipend. Did not receive tax statements for the stipend. Is this federally taxable as well as in Georgia? Where do I show that income in Turbo tax?

Employer should have included the value of your housing stipend on your W2.  Normally it is included in box 1, 3 and 5 and usually with a box 14 explanation.  It would be entered/taxed as wages in the W2 topic under the "Income" tab.  That would flow to the GA return as part of the Federal Adjusted Gross Income.

There are exceptions like a taxpayer in ministry.  The housing stipend would not be taxed as income and would not normally be in box 1 but would be in box 3 and 5 for self-employment taxation.
