State tax filing
Employer should have included the value of your housing stipend on your W2. Normally it is included in box 1, 3 and 5 and usually with a box 14 explanation. It would be entered/taxed as wages in the W2 topic under the "Income" tab. That would flow to the GA return as part of the Federal Adjusted Gross Income.
There are exceptions like a taxpayer in ministry. The housing stipend would not be taxed as income and would not normally be in box 1 but would be in box 3 and 5 for self-employment taxation.
