FTB Says They Haven't Received Form 568

Hello,

I submitted a form 568 for my 2021 CA State return but FTB says they haven't received it! Turbo Tax said that for 2021 taxes, they will submit your form 568 if it's only one form. What do I do?

Form 568 is an independent form.  Although it may be filed electronically, if you have proof in the system that it was not filed/accepted, you may print out the form and mail it in with requested attachments.  But double-check your e-file acceptances and rejects.  And if you have any need to have a TurboTax customer service rep look at your account, please call in this experience to our phone customer support service by using the instructions in the following link: How do I contact TurboTax?
