Efiling for state of MN - paid the efiling fee but will not allow us to continue as Schedule M15 Line 22 states we owe a penalty of $1.00 what do we do ??

I have the same issue. I owe a small underpayment penalty. MN TT error will not allow efiling because there is a problem with the forms. Does not populate "Optional Short Method" lines 7 - 12.

Solution provided by TT expert was to delete form... but that was for the Federal form 2210. When I try to delete form M15, TT immediately brings me back to step-by-step and does not allow me to get to the e-filing step without recreating the form. So the work-around does not work. Please fix the program error. Help!
