e-File Rejected

My 2018 Federal e-File was rejected multiple times because it couldn't match my last year's AGI, so I finally just printed out and mailed both the Federal and State returns.  How do I receive a credit for the State e-File fee which was processed when I attempted to e-File the first time?

You can ask for a refund.  They are probably very busy today and the next week.

Same here!! SO FRUSTRATING since the AGI is correct!! I haven't printed to file yet as I'm still submitting to see if I can get it to work.😠

When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI

If you can't get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

THANK YOU!! It worked!!

I filed an extension so tried to submit yesterday. The AGI error was crazy because it WAS correct. The rejection also implied that the pin was wrong & didn't match last year but it was prefilled already. I didn't make any changes to that just changed AGI to 0. 😁

Thanks!!!
